PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed 19 80 , between
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT ERCE,
Fort Pierce, Florida, a banking institution incorporated under the
laws of the State of Florida, as personal representative of the
Estate of JAMES LeROY SOWELL Deceased, Party of the
First Part, and CLIFFORD BARNES, Party
of the Second Part, 905 North 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the power
of sale contained in the Will of the decedent
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells., aliens, remises,~conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17, Block NOBLES AND NOTTINGHAM SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page
41, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,

AND the party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party o_f the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the laws '
of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
