JENKINS and SHIRLEY ANN JENKINS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the. bonds of matrimony i heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ~ ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
