Debtor's interest under a proprietary lease between OCLA13 RESORTS
CO-OP, INC., as Lessor and Debtor as Lessee in Campsite No. S~ in
BRYN MAWR OCEAN RESORTS, a campsite cooperative situate on certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
