- PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
Petitioner, CYNTHIA FUZZARD, as Personal Representative
of the above estate, alleges:
1. Part of the assets of the above referenced estate
consist of the following desribed real property:
Lot 27, Block 199, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT 15, j
as per Plat Book 16, page 42, 42A - 42F, of the - _
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers. it necessary and in the best
interest of the estate to sell the above described real property
so that funds will be available for distribution to the
beneficiaries of this estate. -
3. Each beneficiary of this estate has heretofore
filed a consent to the sale of the above described real property
and has waived any and all notice to said sale.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests court authorization
to sell the real property described above according to the terms

and conditions of-the contract attached hereto.
