~j This Order of Ancillary Administration amends the
previous Order entered on March 5, 1979 by this Court to
j~ correct the legal description contained in Paragraph (2) t

thereof.; and further comes before the Court on the Petition
of Virginia Bryant, JoAnn Burghart and Heritage Standard
Bank & Trust Company for Ancillary Administration of the ;
r! Estate of Eugene Wilson, deceased, the Court finding that

the decedent died on the 19th day of March, 1977; that. all
interested persons have. been served proper notice of this
hearing or have waived notice thereof; and that the material
allegations of said Petition are true; and that an Order

of Ancillary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate-distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
