the Estate. of Dave Quarles, deceased respectfully shays as follows:
1. She has faithfully administered the estate of said deceased,
paid all of the debts of said estate, and has made distribution of said estate
according to law. Receipt showing such distribution is attached hereto.
2. All estate taaoes due have been paid.
3. The filing of a Final Return and Acco~mting herein and Native
of her Application for Disd~arge have been waived. Such waiver is attached hereto.
4. Personal Re~aresentative's attorneys fees w~epe $2;900.00.
Zl~ere are no other professional fees .
