ORDER ESTABZISHING AND PROBATING LOST OR
DESTROYED WILL
The Petition of ROGER JEWETT for an Order establish-
ing and probating the Last Will of Setty J. Jewett Cubbaqe,
the original of which was either lost or destroyed, having
come to be considered by this Court, and the Court having
found that:
1. I~etty J. Jewett Cubbaqe died on September 3,
1979, and at the time of death was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
. 2. The decedent executed her Last Will on September 10,
1973, and this Will remained in full force and effect without
being intentionally destroyed or otherwise revoked by her.
3. The terms and provisions of the. original Will are
established to be as set forth in the true and correct carbon
copy of said Will attached hereto dated September 10, 1973.
4. Upon the filing of the Petition, process was served
upon all persons who, but for that Will, would be entitled to
the property devised and bequeathed by it.
5. Clear and distinct proof of the execution, attesta-
tion and contents of the Will has been made by one disinterested
witness and a correct copy of the Will. Therefore, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Will is established
as recited above and that it be admitted to record as the Last
Will of Hetty J. Jewett Cubbage, deceased. Upon his taking
