The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the
beneficiaries thereof.
Their names and addresses are as set forth in paragraph
3 and the name and address of their attorney are as set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LEONARD J. McVEY, whose last known address
was 3418 Bryon Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on March 28,
1980, Vero Beach, Florida, and at the time of his death was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their. addresses and relationships to the decedent
are:
