LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT g 0 1 ~
I, MYRTLE R. MILLIKEN, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be' my Last Will and .Testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto
fore made .
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body• be burned in a manner

.suitable to my circumstances in Life, with burial in the Fort ~
Pierce Cemetery in one of the lots adjacent to the burial lot of
my deceased son, Walter G. Parks.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate .
THIRD

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain»
~ der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos»
sessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest

whatsoever, excluding my savings certificates which have already 4
been as s igr?e d , unto CATHRYN MORRIS PARKS.
FOURTH
I hereby nominate and appoint CATHRYN MORRIS PARKS to act as
Executrix of this pny Last Will and Testament, to serve without
bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing of
inventory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as required
by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executrix the 't

right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public {

or private sale; and, in the event CATHRYN MORRIS PARKS shall pre» ~
