ANDERSON, her Husband, as Personal Representatives of the Estate of JULIA CATHERINE HOLTON, deceased, hereinafter referred to as the grantors, to: STEPHEN A. GRAY, an unremmarried widower, whose post office address is: 1007 Baldwin Court, Uniondale, NY 11553,_hereinafter referred to as the grantee: WITNESSETH: WHEREAS the said HELEN HOLTON ANDERSON and HENRY G. ANDERSON are the duly appointed, qualified and acting Person- al Representatives of the Estate of JULIA CATHERINE. HOLTON, who died testate on September 17, 1979, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and who, at the time of her death, was seized and . possessed of certain real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and; WHEREAS, the said Personal Representatives deem it ex- pedient or necessary, and for the best interest of the estate, that the real property of the estate located in St. Lucie County, and hereinafter described, be sold, and; WHEREAS, the power of sale, with or without order of any Court, at public or private sale, is granted to the Personal Representatives by the Last Will_and Testament, of the deceased, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, purchase money in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as follows: Beginning at a point where the westerly shore line ~ of the Indian River intersects the southerly ~ line of the Fred A. Reynolds property; thence ~ south 61°30' west along said southerly property line of Fred A. Reynolds, a distance of 71.1 feet i :to an iron pipe set on the westerly side of State Road A-1-A; thence continue south 61°30' west ~ along the southerly line of said Reynold's ~ property, a distance of 160 feet to a voint; thence ~ south 19°15' East run a distance of 80 feet to a point; thence North 61°30' East run a distance of 160 feet to a point, thence continue north 61.°30' East, a distance of 64.8 feet more or less-to the wester- ly shore line of the Indian River; thence meander- ing the westerly shore line of the Indian River in a northerly direction a distance of 80 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
