NOTICE is given that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court
for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 1st day of May, 1980, by the
above named Defendant/Counterclaimant against the above named
Plaintiffs/Counterdefendants, involving the following described
real property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of a mechanic's
lien, damages and further relief set forth in the Counterclaim.
