' MORTGAGE DEED '
THIS biORPGAGE INDENTURE, executed this ~iay of

HARVEY DAMS and SAMANTEiA PLAZA, as Trustees,
according to that Declaration of Trust attached hereto and made a part .
hereof, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which teiTn as used in every
instance shall include the I4brtgagor's successors, legal representatives
and assigns, either voluntary by act of the parties, or involuntary by
operation of law and shall denote the singular and/or plural and the
masculine and/or feninine and natural and/or artificial persons, whenever
and wherever the context so requires or admits, party of the first part, and

TOGETHER with all fixtures and appliances located therein,
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to said
Declaration of Condominium, including but not limited to an
undivided 1/31 share in the common elements thereof and to-
gether with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or-in anywise appertaining.
