ON OR BEFORE THIRTY-SIX M(xJIl-~S after date, for value received, we
promise to pay to the order of JENNIE RABEN, at_the offices of her Attorney,
Robert Bakerman, Esquire 170 N. h'. 204th Street, Miami, Florida 33169, the

thereon at the rate of twelve percent (12$) per annum from date until fully
paid. Interest payable quarterly.
The makers, co-makers, endorsers and any other parties who are `
now or may hereafter became liable for the payment hereof, hereby consent to
and waive notice of any and all extensions, reductions, forbearances, or re-
leases relating to this note or_any part thereof and agree that their liability
hereunder shall not be affected thereby.
The makers, co-makers and endorsers~of this note further agree to
waive demand, notice of non-payment and protest and in case suit shall be brought
for the collection hereof, or the same has to be collected upon demand of an
attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's fees for making such collection. While in
default, this note s}iall bear interest at the Tate of Fifteen (15$) per cent per
annum, and in the event of default in the payment of any sums due hereunder for
a period of thirty (30) days the whole of said indebtedness shall thereupon at
the option of the holder, became immediately due and payable. This note is the
joint and several obligation of all of the undersigned.
This note shall be clue and payable in full plus any and all accrued
interest thereupon remaining unpaid in the event that the property which is the
subject of the mortgage deed to which this node is attached is sold, transferred
or assigned. Failure to make payment within 30 days after a deed out of the
subject property shall constitute a default of this obligation.
