Deed transferring title to any prpperty remaining in the Trust,
to such persons or entities as may be designated by a majority
of-the Beneficiaries, and shall execute whatever documents are
necessary by the Bank in which the funds of the venture have been
deposited so that such designated person may execute checks thereon.
Should both or one of the Trustees die during the pendency of
this Trust, the Beneficiaries shall have the right to demand from
- the personal representative of the Trustees the execution and
delivery of a Quit Claim Deed transferring title to~any property
remaining in the trust to any person or equity designated by the
Beneficiaries.
Should there be no administration of Trustees' estate commenced
within thirty (30) days from the date of his death, any one of the
Beneficiaries shall have the right to apply to the Probate Court
in and for Dade County, Florida, for the issuance of Letters
of Administration for the sole purpose of executing such Quit Claim
Deed and transferring such bank accounts.
