on March 19, 1980, principal payment of X26,666.00 that
was due March 19, 1980 is payable on October 10, 1980, to-
gether with interest on such amount from March 19, 1980,
to date of payment.
2. All provisions of the original note and mortgage described
above are incorporated herein as if fully set forth and
are fully ratified and confirmed except as modified by
this Agreement. (Note: This Agreement modifies the note
and mortgage aforementioned and in no way is the Agreement
intended to be a novation of the instruments which it
modifies.) ~
