THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard for final hearing before
the Court pursuant to notice thereof, and the Court being fully advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final iudgment under COUNT II of
the Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint be, and.the same is hereby, entered
in favor of Plaintiffs, GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, JR.; JOHN BRADFORD
CULVERHOU3E; and SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, Individually and as Trustee,
and against Defendant, DALCAMP, INC, a Florida corporation, for damages

in the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00), for all of which let
execution issue.
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the respective parties hereto
shall be responsible for their respective court costs' attorney fees.
