O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for ~
a restraining order and the Court having heard testimony and
finding that the Husband's whereabouts are unknown and that the
Husband abducted the minor child of the parties, to-wit: EDWARD
JAMES YEARICKS, and has removed the child to places .unknown in Ii

August of 1979 and the Court finding that the Wife is now re-
siding in Brevard County, Florida; and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~the kusband, EARL F. YEARICKS, III
is hereby restrained, enjoined and prevented from removing the I
remaining minor children of the parties, to-wit: CONSTANCE LYNN j

YEARICKS and EARL F. YEARICKS, IV, presently in the custody of ~

the Wife, from the County of Brevard, Florida, and is specifically
~ restrained from removing or taking the minor children hereinabovej -

named from the State~of Florida.
