FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come before the Court on April 22, 1980
upon Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Amendment to
the Petition, and the Court having heard the testimony of the wit-
nesses, the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, the Court finds:
1. The parties were married to each other on .April 1,
1975 in St. Augustine, Florida.
_ 2. -The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and this
marriage.
3. There is one-child born of this marriage, Bryce
Glisson, female, age 2 years, and Wife is a fit and proper person
j to have custody of said child. ~

4. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably

broken.

5. There is no litigation pending in any state concerning
custody of the child nor are there any persons not a party to this
action who have physical custody or who have claims to custody or
visitation ri hts with res ect to the arties' minor child.

6. The parties own jointly a 1976 Chevrolet van which is
in the possession of Husband and there is a joint debt secured by
a 1979 Toyota Corolla which is in the possession of Wife.
It is therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ;
7. The bonds of matrimony between the parties, Sarah
