This cause came on for trial this date and the Covet, having given full
ca~sideration to all the evidence, finds and deterndnes: This Comet has
jurisdiction of the parties anti subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~d that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is I
thereupon .
