THIS CAUSE came on before this Court and it appearing
that a bench warrant was issued on the 23rd day of April, 1980,
for the failure of the respondent, MAJOR STOKES, to appear in
Court, and it further appearing that said respondent, MAJOR STOKES
was at that time in the. St. Lucie County-Jail, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said bench warrant be and
the same is hereby set aside.
