THIS CAUSE was heard on Petitioner's Motion for Enforcement
and the Court having determined that this is a proper matter for
granting an order to show cause. why the Defendant, LAWRENCE WALKER,
should not be held in contempt of court and it is
ADJUDGED that the Defendant is ordered to appear before
the Honorable William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, in the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, on the _c~~. day of
1980, at 9'/s ~g, M, and show cause at that
time, if any, why he has failed to comply with the Judgment entered
in this Court. on October 24, 1979, by failing to pay attorney's fees
in the amount of $385.00, and why you should not be held in contempt
of this Court for your failure to do so.
