ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on April 25, 1980,
upon Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by MICHELLE SORENSEN,
and all parties having appeared in person and with counsel and the
Court having found that GREGORY SORENSEN is in willful contempt of
this~Court for his violation of the Restraining Order entered in this
cause by harassing and annoying MICHELLE SORENSEN and the Court being
otherwise fully and well advised, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court will hold sentencing
for contempt against GREGORY SORENSEN in abeyance until further hearing
on this matter. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a copy of the Restraining Order
entered in this action dated January 16, 1980, shall be attached t~o
this Order and-all parties shall take notice of the contents thereof.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GREGORY SORENSEN shall and he is
hereby ordered to pay $100.00 as reasonable attorney's fees to Osborne F
Walker O'Quinn, Esquire, 201 South Second Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce,
Florida, within two months of the date of this hearing for the represen-
tation by him at this hearing of the Motion for Contempt:
DONE AND ORDE at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this 30 day of 1980.
