MARILYN JENKINS, Wife,
and
ALFRED K. JENKINS, Husband.
ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on April 25, 1980,
upon Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the Wife and the
Wife, MARILYN JENKINS, having appeared in person in open Court and
testified that ALFRED K. JENKINS is~in arrears in child support payments
in the amount of $1,500.00 as-of the date of the hearing and the Court
being otherwise fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt ALFRED
K. JENKINS is hereby sentenced to 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail,
Fort'Pierce, Florida, commencing on May 25, 1980,
PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself by paying $500.00 on
May 25, 1980, and $'500.00 per month therafter until the arrearage is
fully paid plus all current payments. Payments shall be credited first
toward current payments and then on arrearages. In the event any monthly
arrearage payment is not paid, then the above-mentioned sentence to the
County Jail shall be executed. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Nowell, Sheriff, St. Lucie

County, Florida, or any other Sheriff of the State of Florida or any
of said Sheriffs' duly authorized deputies, shall and they are hereby
ordered to arrest the said ALFRED K. JENKINS, of High Springs, Florida,
on said date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,

of MARILYN JENKINS that said arrearage has not been paid. The Clerk of
