AGREEMENT FOR DEED made this day of ,1989
between DAVID N'. POPE, a single adult, party of the first part, and

THOMAS A. GONZALEZ and KATHRYN A. BASILE, joint tenants with right ~
of survivorship, parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that if-the said parties of the second part
shall first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party
of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and
assure to the said parties of the second part, in fee simple, clear
of all encumbrances whatever,. by a good and sufficient warranty
deed, the following described land, situate and being in the County
,of St.Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: F
A tract of land lying in the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35 South,Range
38 East, St.Lucie County,Florida, more particularly ~ ~ ~ G ~

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest - ~

j and the said parties of the second party hereby covenant and agree
to pay the said party of the first part the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
AND NO/100 ($15,000.00) DOLLARS payable as follows:
(A) $8,500.00 cash plus an automobile worth $1,500.00, the
receipt of both is hereby acknowledged by the party of the first
part; ~
(B) $5,000.00 together with interest from this date at the
rate of 8.75 percent per annum, said principal and interest being
payable in monthly payments of $127.41 ,commencing May 1, 1980 and
continuing through February 1, 1984 at which time the entire
principal balance will have been paid in full. Prepayment in part
or in whole is granted without penalty at any time.
This contract cannot be assigned without the written consent
~ of the seller. .
i AND the parties of the second part hereby further covenant
and agree to pay promptly when due the principal and interest and .
other sums of money provided for in this Agreement; to pay all and
singular the taxes, assessments, levies, liabilities, obligations,
