I, HELENA M. CHURCHILL, a resident of the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and
all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative to pay out- ,
of my estate all of my just debts, including the.expenses• of my
-last illness and funeral expenses as soon as ~3racticable
after my death.
SECOND:. I give, devise and bequeath my mobile home
located at 1 Maya Lane, Spanish Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
to my daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND of 35 Mediterranean, East,
' Port St. Lucie, Florida, to be hers absolutely.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the certificates of

deposit issued by Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association
of St. Lucie County in the joint names of Helena M. Churchill
and Barbara C. Raymond, being certificate of deposit number 1702581
in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and certificate
of deposit number 1702524 in the amount of Forty-Five Hundred
Dollars ($4,500.00), to my daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND, to
be hers absolutely.
FOURTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my proper y,
real and personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this Will, including any life
insurance payable to my estate, I give, devise and bequeath
to my daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND, and to my son, HAROLD PORTER
CHURCHILL, JR., in equal shares, share and share alike, per stirpes
