FIFTH: In the event my daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND,
should predecease me, then I give, devise and bequeath her share
to my son-irrlaw WALLACE S. RAYMOND, to be his absolutely.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint mY
daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND, Personal Representative of this,
my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond. I expressly
confer upon said Personal Representative, full authority and dower
to sell and convey any part or all of said estate, including but
not limited to real property, at public or private sale, with or
without notice, as she may deem best and without any order of
Court. I authorize and empower said Personal Representative to
make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchase and to hold
the proceeds of any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared
in the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly
confer upon said Personal Representative of this my Last Will
'and Testament, the authority and power to .borrow money for the use
of m~ estate, in any instance where she may think it necessary and
proper, and to secure in mortgage or any other form of security.
In the event my daughter, BARBARA C. RAYMOND, should die,
resign, be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my
Personal Representative, whether before or after entering

~upon~her duties, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my
son-in-law, WALLACE S. RAYMOND, as Alternate Personal Representative
i of this, my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond. I
expressly confer upon said Alternate Personal Representative the
same powers heretofore granted to mY Personal Representative.
