PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~

The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above e~'tate
alleges: -
1. The decedent, CATHERINE McCAIN, a resident of Tippecanoe
County, Indiana, died on June 5, 1978, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on December 6, 1978.
2. .Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all interested
persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a Pinal Account-
ing, and service of the Petition for Discharge of the Personal Repre-
sentative.
3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the
State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence
of the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for both federal and
Florida estate taxes, if any.

4. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto

as Exhibit "A".
5. The only persons, other than Petitioner; having an interest
