RELEASE OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that EAST COAST LUMBER
& SUPPLY CO., a Florida corporation, by and through FRANK
H. FEE, III, Esquire, its agent and attorney in this behalf,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, lawful money of the United
States of America, to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby waive, release and discharge
Morganti South, Inc. from that certain Claim of Lien filed
April 21, 1980 in O.R. Book 329, page 2444 of the public-
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does hereby discharge
from the effect of said Claim of Lien the real property more
f]~lly described in said Claim of Lien.
