That due to the nature of the lots and the difference in
their respective values, the undersigned and his two brothers
'believe it to be in their best interest to take title to the
nine (9) lots as tenants in common rather than to select their
choice of three (3) lots apiece as provided for in said will.
Therefore, the undersigned joins with his brothers, ~,vp~~/acs .
29cCain and David R. McCain, in electing to take title to
the said lots as tenants in common.
