TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORP. on 'the following described
property, situate and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

.Lot 7 of Block 9 of SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION NO. 1,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book !
- 8, at Page 25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained herein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto. - -

4. If the total sum with interest at the' rate of 10$ per
annum, as set forth in Plaintiff(s)' note and all. costs of this action
accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid within three (3)
days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property
at public sale on ~ 19 80, at 11:00 A.M. to
the highest bidder for ash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the
front door - of the Courthouse, St. Lucie County, in Fort
Pierce Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida

5. Persons who wish to id fat such sale may submit such bids
to the Clerk prior-to sale, provided such bid is accompanied by
cashier's check payab~e to the Clerk of this Court in the full amount
of such bid. The Clerk shall hold such cashier's check(s) and need
not deposit the same, pending the sale. At the commencement of sale,
the Clerk shall announce and receive such bids. After sale, the
cashier's check(s) of all such unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be
promptly returned to them by the Clerk. The Plaintiff(s) need not-
attend such sale and such non-attendance shall not prevent or delay
the public sale.
6. Plaintiff(s) s;1a11 advance all subsequent costs of this -
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk of this Court
if Plaintiff(s)are not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiff(s) are the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff(s)
bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent
to this Judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid
in full.
