County. Florida, wherein ABRAHAM ACKERSTEIN and ESTHER ACKERSTEIN,

highest and best bidder for cash at the front door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce
St. Lucie County, Florida, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. on the

according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 8, at Page 25, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the
improvements thereon and. all furniture, fixtures
and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto.
