by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of whic{t the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
Beginning at the SW corner of Section 17, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run thence North along the west line of said
Section 17, 49.5 feet tb the north right-of- way line of North
St. Lucie River Drainage District Canal No. 7; thence east along
said north right-of-way, 881.90 feet; thence North with a for-
ward angle of 9206', 4C10 feet to point of beginning; thence
continue North 119.8 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of
Okeechobee Road; thence northeasterly along said Okeechobee
Road southerly right-of-way, a distance of 187.66 feet;
thence South parallel to the west line of this parcel, 191 feet;
thence West with a back a^r~le of 78'54', 175 feet to point of
