KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, Whereas, Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc.,
a Florida Corporation
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1st day of May A.0.1979 ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Record Book .308 Page 395 granted and conveyed
unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of- - - - - - - -
TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE TNOUSAND and No/100 - - - - -($275,000.00) - - -DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
. requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION,
as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and
valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Cook Construction of Fort. Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of i
said mortgage unto the said
Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot•3, Block 1, RAINTREE FOREST, an unrecorded plat
BEGINNING at a point that is 30 feet South of and 75 feet East of the Northwest "
corner of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence run 5890 34' 46" E, parallel to the North line of said Section 33, a dis-
tance of 150.30 feet; thence 'S 02° 27' 15" W, parallel to the West line of
said Section 33, a distance of 290.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence
continue S 02° 27' 15" W,.a distance of 145.00 feet; thence N 890 34' 46" W,
a distance of 150.30 feet; thence N 02° 27' 15" E, a distance of 145.00 feet;
thence S 890 34' 46" E, a distance of 150.30 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Including easement over and upon the street abutting granted by THE RAINTREE FOREST
PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., to Charles D. Muchnick, a Single Adult and
Sanford L. Muchnick, a Single Adult.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained ~itall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the ~i oresaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
re ~e+~$'•t~refrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
