PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, aFlorida -
corporation, to-INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated•
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through
2097, inclusive, Public Records of St: Lucie, County, Fl on da, fpr good and
valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 2~~ day of Aril 1980, releases from the lien
- of that mortgage, the real proper y n a ounty described as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 319 ,
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the -
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of_SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Records Book •
327, page 2576, and as amended in Official Records Book
327, page 2640, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
