INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS OEYE.LOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through
_2097, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie, County, Florida _.{or good and.
valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this ~~day of Aril 1980, releases from the lien

appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the '
