ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that:'
this conveyance is subject- to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
-are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and
real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges anti agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and -its exhibits and the .Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and induce-
ments concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
