O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came~on to be heard upon Defendants Motion To
Confirm Clerks Sale and For An Accounting, and the Court, after
hearing argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and AUIUDGED that the Clerks sale of the described
property herein to~the Defendant for X10,000.00 on November 9, 1979,
be and the same 'is hereby confirmed and ratified by-this Court in
every respect. However, Certificate of Title shall be withheld
until the issue of accounting•has been resolved.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that each party shall have ten (10) days
to file any motion directed to the Amended Complaint filed on
I' January 18, 1980, and the Amended Counterclaim filed January-9, 1980.
