THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the Motion for Eviction
from Model Home filed on behalf of Defendants, MYLEE HOMES,
INC., a Florida corporation, ELLEN GUTERL.and JEAN QUTERL,
and the Court having heard testimony of witnesses, considered•
documents introduced into evidence, heard argwnent ofcounsel,
considered the record in this cause, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, finds: - '
1. That the Motion for Eviction from Model Home .filed
by Defendants should~be granted.
2. That Plaintiff, MYRA BIANCO, has willfully and _
deliberately continued advertising for MYELLE HOMES,-INC. and
Ii
has failed to liquidate and terminate the assets of the
f
~ corporation as directed by the Court in previous Orders.
f
3. That possession of the home .should not at this time
be given to any of the parties and that the same should be sold
with the proceeds from such sale being deposited in the Registry
i ~ -
of the Court. ~ r
~ In view of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
1. That the Motion for Eviction from Model Home be and
the same is hereby granted.
