of NATIONWIDE MUTUAL LIFE ZNSURANCB COMPANY to amend
the final judgment entered herein on'Apri1 8, 1980, and
the Defendant, EARL S. BURGAN, being represented by his
personal counsel, and the Defendant, NATIONWIDE MUTUAL
LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, having filed With the Court a .
certified copy of its policy which affords Defiendant,
EARL S. BURGAN, liability insurance comprehending this .
action in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars.($20,000.00),
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it-is
