This cause coming on pursuant to Motion to Tax Costs, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, and it appearing to the
Court that the Plaintiff is entitled to have his costs taxed except
for items totaling $43.40, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises it-is thereupon: - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the_Plaintiffs, WILLIAM JAMES FRANKLIN -
and C. ELIZABETH FRANKLIN, recover from the Defendants, EARL S. BURGAN
and NATIONWIDE MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $521.41 as
their costs in this action. -
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of May, 1980.
