ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -

2. The Defendant's Motion fora Remittitur be, and the same is~ ,

3. The Plaintiff's Motion to Tax Costs be, and the same is here-

I'~ by granted, and the Plaintiff is entitled to recover from the Defendants
~ the sum of $521.40, and a Final Judgment awarding said sum will be
entered by this Court.
