The Grantee by acceptance and executioa of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this comisyaace is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Coadotsinima described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisioas
are reasonable,~fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby ispreases a lien upon the. land
sad real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Coadotsiniuta aad.its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Coadominiu>• and its exhibits and the Purcha~a Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and lnducetnents
conceraing the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
