THIS AGREEMENT between HENRY J. ROBINSON AND IRENE
ROBINSON,his-wife
(Borrower) and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),.
W I T N E S S E T H, that •
WH1rREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
• in the p.rincippai amount of Ten=thousand-and-no/100-------dollars
$10,000.00
evidenced~by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan dated
April 28, 1978 ~ and _ -
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify certain
.provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with
Lender as follows, to-wit:
Balance of $2500.00 plus interest due October 28, 1980:
i Interest rate 16.25 per annum.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take any
action necessary to conform the original Note, security instru-
~ ments and other collateral documents to the terms as herein-
modified, and by these presents accepts and confirms their
liability under said Note, security instruments and other col-
; lateral documents, with the terms as herein modified. •

Borrower furtiic'r agrees that the foregoing Modification
shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral held
by Lender as security to said Mote; but acknowledges and agrees
• that all collateral held by Lender as security to said Note shall
4 continue to secure the Note to the same extent and in the same
i
manner as if•the foregoing Modification had not been effected.
