The Settlement . Stipu- lation provides for this Condo®inium to be served by certain fadlities of High r Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1 and the Protective Covenants provides for certain land use covenants upon the land areas described therein (including, but not limited to, portions of the land areas included within this Condominium)- and provides for certain drainage easements and other ease- ments and rights including, but not limited to, the "Roadway Easement", - "Sewage System Rights" , "Water System Rights" . and "Future Development' Property Drainage Easement", all as are more particularly described therein, ~ all in addition to the other matters set forth in the Settlement Stipulation and ~ Protective Covenants, .which other- matters include, but are not limited to, the - obligation to pay certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants .
