Petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, respectfully,
alleges unto the Court as follows: - -
l. The decedent, Fred M. Barger, a/k/a Fred Barger,
a resident of Los Angeles County, California, died on August 5,
1979, and Ancillary Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on October 30, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith its Final Accounting
containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the commencement of the ancillary administration of this
estate.
' 3. Petitioner has fully administered the ancillary
estate by making payment, settlement or other disposition of
all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provisions for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
I 4. The amount of compensation paid. or to be paid to -
the Ancillary Personal Representative and its attorney is set forth
~ in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. .
5. The decedent's domiciliary personal representative,
George R. Mercader, has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida. Appended hereto as Exhibit B
~ and by this reference incorporated herein is a Form DR 309
issued by the State of Florida, Department of Revenue, certifying

that the Florida Estate Tax for the above entitled estate has
been duly discharged or duly provided for.
6. Petitioner proposes to make full distribution of the

assets of this estate to George Mercader, as domiciliary personal
