SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION:
After payment of the professional charges scheduled in
Exhibit A, Petitioner proposes to .distribute all~income.an$
principal cash on hand as well as the beneficial mortgage interest
in the amounts existing as of the date of distribution to
George R. Mercader, domiciliary personal representative, to be
held and ultimately distributed by him pursuant to the terms of
the decedent's Will and the laws of the State of California.
All additional receipts of principal or income cash subsequent
to~the final accounting made herewith. shall be accounted for
to all interested parties at the time of final distribution.
