AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 7th day of March 1980,
between. DONALD VANDERHOFF, FRANK J. HOLLY and BEULAH DURLING,
as the sole beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament of
EDNA MAE COOK, .
WITNESSETH : ~ '
WHEREAS the parties to this Agreement are the sole benefi-
ciaries under the Last Will and Testament of EDNA MAE COOK, each
entitled to a one-third share of the Estate of EDNA MAE COOK, and
WHEREAS EDNA MAE COOK, by a signed note dated July 19, 1979
(a copy of which is attached hereto), expressed her intention that
certain items of personal property owned by her be distributed to
certain individuals named in the note, and
WHEREAS the parties to this Agreement recognize that the
aforementioned note dated July 19, 1979 does .not constitute a valid
will or codicil but nevertheless wish to agree to a schedule of
distribution of personal property in accordance with the intentions
of EDNA MAE COOK, as expressed in the note dated July 19 ,1979,
and .
WHEREAS Section 733.815 Florida Statutes provides that subject
to the rights of creditors and taxing authorities, competent in-
~ terested persons may agree among themselves to alter the interests,
shares or amounts to which they are entitled under the will in a

~ written contract executed by all who are affected.
~ ~ THEREFORE, the parties agree to the following distribution of
~ tangible personal property in the Estate of EDNA MAE COOK:
~ 1. FRANK J. HOLLY shall receive the following:
(a) Masonic tie pin and tie clasps
(b) Gold wedding band belonging to EDNA MAE COOK
(c) Gold wedding band belonging to Guy Cook
a (d) Gold wedding band belonging to EDNA MAE COOK's
mother
(e) Ring containing single diamond in Tiffany setting
