The petition of CHARLES WM. STONS respectfully eho~wa:
1. WILLIAM R. HBILE died on October 20, 1979, leaving a Last Will

and Testament in which Vincent Y. Dilullo and Ann Rae Rap Ware named ae ex-
ecutors, said Will vas duly probated November 2$, 1979 in the State and Canty
of domicile, Morris County, N. J.
2. Your petitioner was duly authorized and qualified as Personal
Representative and letters issued March 13, 1980 by authority of the domicil-
iary executors who in turn gave their authorization to sell and petitioner
deems it to the best interest of the estate that the following described property
of the estate be sold, torwit: '
Parcel 1; Lot 20 and 21, Block 6, Unit 1, IAIO3fiO0D PARR
Subdivision, ae per plat thereof recorded in
plat Book 10, at Page S1 A, public records of "
St. Iutie County, Florida.
i Parcel 2: Lot 16, Block 1311, Port St. Lucie 12, St.
Lucie County, Florida.

3. It is to the beat interest of the estate to sell the property at
private sale and it is necessary that said property be sold in order to liquidate

~ the Florida property and the same is necessary to effect the purposes of the Will
~ and the intent of the trust as set out in the Will of the decedent.

4. That the property is under. contract to separate purchasers; selling
Parcel 1 to Ray W. Datnold and Laura Dsrnold, his wife and Parcel 2 is being sold
to the dacedent'A sister., ANNA RILEY, as requested and authorized and the contracts
for both parcels is a fair market price in each instance.

WHffitEFORE petitioner prays for Order authorizing him to sell said property

at a private sale consistent to the foregoing and pay the costa of gale consistent
therewith.
