TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
CHARLES WM. STONE, ESQ.,. is herewith authorized to sell lands
and premises standing in name of William R. Heile, as follows:
(1) Lots 20 & 21 Block 6-Unit 1-Lakewood Pare -~Ft. Pierce, Florida,
for gross ss~le price no less than $27,000. Household furniture and
furnishings thereat shall be sold and disposed of as estate's attorney
shall deem appropriate.
(2) Lot 16 Block 1311 Pt.St.Lucie,~Section 12, for gross sale price
of no less than $5060. Except Executor Vincent DiLullo shall have
10 days option of first refusal to purchase same in order to advise
a,~m/em'~ber of decedent's family. _
