Re: Estate William R. Heile
Dear Mr. Stone:~
Thank you for your letter of April 18th.
. On the conveyance to Anna Riley. She is mortgagee
on a $5000 (no interest) mortgage. The estate has agreed to
convey that property to her for $4500. She-is to execute the
discharge, receive the deed and $500 from the estate. This
-latter sum can come from the executors'-bank account here in
` New Jersey. I have already sent to Anna Riley a discharge which
she declines to sign until she has her deed in hand (and the
check). This even though her daughter is -one of the executors.
I suggest you forward me the fully executed deed to that grantee.
~ I shall have it for hand delivery upon my receiving her executed
discharge or satisfaction. When she receives the deed I shall
explain about her recording it or having you record it.
If it is advantageous for you to pay the $500 to
Mrs. Riley, please let me know.
